Partnerships
Expert Network
We’ve established partnerships with medium-sized and specialized small accounting firms, forming a comprehensive support network.
Additionally, we’re affiliated with Atsumi Sakai Frankfurt, where Miyuki Hanaoka serves as Managing Director and a German Registered Tax Advisor.
Similar to legal professionals, tax advisors possess unique specialties and areas of expertise.
Matters such as transfer pricing, customs duties, and mergers and acquisitions require specialised knowledge beyond the scope of individual consultants.
Moreover, tax advisors are not authorized to provide legal counsel.
Hence, the importance of a network of specialists becomes evident.
As the primary contact for tax matters A and B, as well as legal affairs, Hanaoka acts as a conduit between companies X, Y, and Z. This streamlines communication, reducing the need for separate consultations for tax A at company X, tax B at company Y, and legal matters at company Z.
